Fabrication
The 73,000-square-foot production floor at Pinnacle Precision features CNC-powered machines that enable the accurate manufacturing of complex parts, components, and assemblies. Our teams are experts in prototype to high-volume runs, delivering reliable and durable solutions for intricate precision sheet metal and Machined parts used in medical equipment fabrication and medical device fabrication. These parts are essential for devices and components found in cabinets, enclosures, treatment tables, and hospital machines, ensuring top-tier quality and performance in the medical industry.
Finishing
Finishing is essential to producing durable parts, components, and assemblies used in medical devices. Pinnacle’s finishing crew includes commercial paint, powder coating, and silkscreening experts. Each person leverages meticulous processes and techniques to produce smooth surfaces, precise dimensions, and impeccable aesthetics for medical components and devices.
Electromechanical Assembly
We are experts in full-service Total Assembly with a comprehensive process that meticulously joins and integrates metal parts, machined components, and wire harnesses into accurate, functional, and seamless electro-mechanical assemblies.
